Many beginners choose 1-minute trades because they are fast and easy to understand. But fast trades can also lead to fast losses if you click randomly.
So here is a beginner-friendly 1-minute strategy that works based on trend direction and confirmation — no complicated indicators, no stress.
You can use it even with a small balance.
What You Need
Pocket Option account
👉 Register hereChart timeframe: 1 minute (M1)
Trade time: 1 minute expiration
Step 1: Change the Chart Type
Set the chart to Candles (not line).
This helps you see price movement clearly.
Recommended settings:
Interval: 1 Minute
Chart Style: Candles
Colors: Default is fine
Step 2: Add RSI Indicator
Click Indicators
Select RSI
Set period to 14
RSI helps you see when the price is overbought or oversold.
Over 70 = price often starts to fall
Under 30 = price often starts to rise
Step 3: Identify the Trend
Look at the last 20–30 candles:
If most candles go up → The trend is UP
If most candles go down → The trend is DOWN
⚠️ Never trade against the trend.
Trend = your advantage.
Step 4: Entry Rules (This Is the Strategy)
✅ Buy UP (Call) when:
The trend is UP
RSI drops near or below 30
Then the price starts to bounce back up
This means you’re entering on a pullback with the trend.
✅ Buy DOWN (Put) when:
The trend is DOWN
RSI touches or goes above 70
Then price starts turning down
This means you're catching the retracement in direction of the trend.
How to Place the Trade
Set expiration to 1 minute
Enter when the candle confirms direction (not in the middle of movement)
Think: Small move + Trend = Higher win rate
Risk Management (Important!)
Trade small amounts, especially at the beginning:
Deposit $10 → trade $1
Deposit $50 → trade $1–$2
Deposit $100 → trade $1–$3
The goal is control, not speed.
Example Session Approach
5–10 trades maximum
Stop trading after 3 wins in a row or 2 losses in a row
No “revenge trades”
Calm trader = Profitable trader.
