I had heard so many good things about the Kuari Pass trek that I finally decided to experience it myself. I was excited, but honestly, I was also a little nervous. I had never been completely sure about how I would manage long walks and steep mountain trails. Still, I wanted to try something different, and this trek turned out to be exactly the kind of adventure I needed.
The journey started with a lot of excitement. Everyone in the group was meeting each other and talking about the trek. Once we started walking, the busy world slowly disappeared behind us. The roads, traffic, and city noise were replaced by forests, fresh air, birds, and beautiful mountain views.
The first few hours felt easy because I was full of energy. But as the trail became steeper, I started feeling the effort. There were moments when I had to stop and catch my breath. I remember looking at the trail ahead and wondering how I was going to reach the next point. But somehow, I kept moving. And then came the views.
Every time we reached an open section of the trail, I would forget how tired I was. The mountains looked huge and peaceful, and the scenery seemed almost unreal. I took so many photographs, but even after coming home, I felt that the pictures could not capture the actual feeling of standing there.
My experience with TTH (Trek The Himalayas) was another positive part of the journey. The team was supportive and guided us throughout the trek. Whenever someone needed help or encouragement, there was always someone around. I also enjoyed the friendly atmosphere within the group. We shared snacks, talked about our lives, laughed together, and encouraged each other during difficult sections.
One of the most memorable moments happened after a long day of walking. I was completely tired, but when I sat down and looked around, I felt incredibly happy. There was something special about being tired for a good reason. I had spent the entire day walking through nature instead of sitting in front of a screen or worrying about everyday problems.
The trek also made me realize how much we take simple things for granted. A warm meal after a long walk felt like a luxury. A cup of tea tasted better than usual. Even getting into my sleeping bag at night felt like an achievement!
By the end of the Kuari Pass trek, I was physically tired but mentally refreshed. I came back with beautiful memories, new friends, and a stronger appreciation for the mountains. My experience with TTH was very good, and I am glad I chose to experience the trek with a supportive team. If I get another opportunity, I would happily return to the Himalayas. Some journeys are difficult to explain in words, and for me, the Kuari Pass trek is definitely one of them.
