LDO (Low Detail Mode): Always prioritize enabling this mode in community gameplay to reduce lag. Even a 0.1-second stutter is enough to end the level.
Refresh Rate: Professional gamers often play on 144Hz or 240Hz monitors. The higher the refresh rate, the smoother the character's movement and the more accurate your taps.
Music: Don't turn off the music! In-game music is composed to guide you when you need to act.
Advanced Portal Analysis
Besides changing shapes, portals completely alter how you perceive space:
Mirror Portal: Reverses the direction of screen movement. This is a reflex nightmare for beginners.
