Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has released MPESB Group 3 Recruitment 2026 notification for recruitment to various technical and equivalent posts like Sub Engineer, Draftsman/Manchitrakar, Laboratory Technician, Surveyor and other Group 3 posts. 1,700 jobs in 131 post codes, in the latest recruitment 2026. The application period runs from 29 August to 12 September 2026, there is a correction period until 17 September 2026, and the Computer Based test is set to commence from 7 October 2026. MPESB Group 3 Eligibility 2026

MPESB Group 3 Salary 2026
Salary is based on the job and pay grade. In 2026 recruitment, candidates have been selected for jobs that come at different grades from Grade 4 to Grade 8.
Sub Engineer: Selected Sub Engineer jobs are allotted to Grade 8 with a pay scale of ₹32,800 to ₹1,03,600.
Selected Technical Jobs: Some selected technical jobs are allotted to Grade 7 with a pay scale of ₹28,700 to ₹91,300.
Draftsman/Cartographer, Laboratory Technician & Similar Jobs: Some similar jobs are allotted to Grade 6 with a pay scale of ₹25,300 to ₹80,500.

MPESB Group 3 Selection Process
The entire selection procedure is done on the basis of the Computer Based Test (CBT) and the formalities as prescribed after recruitment.
1. Computer Based Test
The written Exam is taken online. In the 2026 recruitment, the test is held on a 200-mark paper, which is usually divided into the general and technical/ professional part according to the specific post. The technical part is based upon the specific trade or education of the applicant.
2. Selection/Merit
