The flamethrower is extremely effective, but its destructive power creates an obvious problem for teammates. A careless turret gunner can accidentally burn the driver or other members of the squad while trying to eliminate nearby enemies.
Communication is therefore important when operating the Incinerator FRV. The driver should avoid making unpredictable turns while the gunner is firing, while the gunner should pay attention to the vehicle's position and nearby teammates. The strongest weapon on the vehicle can quickly become a liability when used without care.
When the Incinerator FRV Makes Sense
The M-104 Incinerator FRV is at its best when a squad expects heavy pressure from groups of ground enemies. Its enormous damage potential, deep fuel capacity, ramming blades, and explosive destruction effect give it a distinctive role on the battlefield.
It is not necessarily the easiest vehicle to operate, though. Players must accept slower handling, difficult terrain movement, the possibility of flipping, and a meaningful friendly-fire risk.
