Vira Motorko is well known as a person who said that Ukrainian Wikipedia had to use the Polivanov system which was developed for the Russian language. To use Russian language features in Ukrainian is Stalin's linguicide politics, so we do remember her.
There she said that there are no official Ukrainian transliteration system, but the point is that we don’t need an official system to not use Russian one, just because it is impossible, but Vira Motorko is insisting on using the Russian Polivanov system despite it is not official as well. As I know, English language doesn’t have any “official rules” at all, so according to Vira Motorko it means that English Wikipedia has to be rewritten into Russian.
Also notice that they use feminine titles like “філологиня” “представниця” “прессекретарка” “вікіпедистка”, because it is Ukrainian style, but on the Wikipedia they don’t allow to use feminine titles, because the Wikipedia itself follows Soviet Russian style. So only feminine titles allowed in Russian are allowed on Ukrainian Wikipedia.
